This meal was relatively simple but I enjoyed the flavor combinations in my salad and therefore thought I would share it with you. On top of a healthy dose of spinach leaves I added green beans, dried cranberries, toasted pecans and goat cheese. I topped it with a simple balsamic vinaigrette and paired it with a already prepared lentil and roasted red pepper soup.
And that's how you make London tasty. . .
